OUR PROFESSIONAL TRACKS.
Consulting Track
The Consulting Track introduces Latino students to the consulting industry, offering a thorough overview of its various specializations, such as strategy, operations, and technology consulting. The track is designed to prepare students to recruit for and thrive in consulting roles through hands-on learning and personalized guidance from the start of their journey in BOLD.
Members engage in technical and qualitative workshops that provide insights into consulting firms, their expectations, and the recruitment timeline.
These workshops are tailored to help students successfully navigate case interviews and secure internships and full-time positions. BOLD’s Consulting Track also fosters connections with industry professionals, providing networking opportunities and valuable resources throughout the recruitment process. Finance Track
The Finance Track is focused on equipping Latino students with both the technical expertise and interview skills required to enter and succeed in the finance industry. This comprehensive program spans multiple quarters, beginning in Spring, and covers both technical and qualitative aspects of finance recruitment.

The first phase of the track emphasizes technical proficiency, offering lessons in financial accounting, valuations, and essential models like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). In subsequent quarters, the program pivots towards qualitative elements, preparing students for behavioral interviews and solving brain teasers common in finance recruitment. Networking and application opportunities are integrated throughout the track, with BOLD working closely with Career Advancement to ensure students have the connections and knowledge needed to navigate the recruiting process successfully.

Members who complete the Finance Track have the opportunity to become Vice Presidents, where they can mentor future track participants and give back to the BOLD community, strengthening their leadership skills while supporting the next generation of Latino finance professionals.
